What time is check in/check out?
Check is in 3pm & check out is 11am. Please let us know if you are arriving early, we are happy to store your luggage where possible, until your room is ready.
Where is the car park?
The hotel car park is located at the rear of the hotel. Arriving from any direction, follow the signs to the City Centre and Eyre Square. Once on Eyre Square, take the road exiting the square at the top right-hand corner at Richardson’s Pub. Proceed onwards on the left lane. Pass TK Maxx, Galway City Council building and The Western Hotel and take the first turn left, then left again into St. Bridget’s Place. Our underground car park is on the left, down the ramp. Please note that our car park operates under the supervision of a valet and should you wish to avail of it, you may be asked to leave your car keys with him.
Is the hotel pet friendly?
The hotel accepts service dogs & guide dogs only
Do the rooms have air conditioning?
Our hotel rooms do not have air conditioning. We provide fans on request.
Is there a laundry service available?
We do not offer a laundry service, Our receptionists are happy to advise you where the nearest laundry service is located.
Is the hotel accessible?
The hotel is accessible via the car park and lift which brings you to reception. We do not have any rooms on the ground floor and as the hotel is an old building, accessible rooms are limited. Please advise us when booking if you require an accessible room and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
