This job is right for you if you have:
Experience in front office and food and beverage departments
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to make decisions on your own
If you can work well as part of a team
If you have leadership skills and are ambitious
If you have experience with front desk reservation systems
What duties can you expect?
To ensure the hotel is ready for arrival of guests and to supervise the day to day operations
To motivate and help teams to provide the best level of performance
To ensure prompt resolution of customer issues
To help in efforts to plan smooth running of all operations in coming days
